About Us
We are a dynamic alternative to other readily available fast food restaurants eliminating the challenge of eating healthy and offering you menu items that are stimulating and satisfying.
Our speciality is in using organic, whole foods highlighting seasonal produce, fresh herbs, and ethnic flavors from around the world prepared in a nontraditional way.
Our tofu, tempeh, beans, grains and flours are certified organic. We use only brown rice syrup, honey and molasses as sweetners. We use organic produce whenever possible unless price and market availability is prohibitive.
